Work one on one with me to elevate your health and beauty on every level. This includes three 45-minute sessions over the course of 6 weeks through Zoom. Together we will schedule the dates that suit you.

To begin, you will be given an intake form that will provide me some of the information necessary to transform your health. You will then receive guidance on nutrition, hydration, sleep, supplementation and herbal recommendations, and an outsiders perspective of matters of the soul.
